About the Event
Many of us are plagued by thoughts like "I'm not good enough", "Nobody likes me", "People think I'm stupid/crazy", "I can't have chocolate in the house without bingeing on it", or "I'm just not a fitness type of person".
These beliefs impact on our health and happiness and how we approach life. They limit us.
The good news is, we ALL have the power to ditch those limiting beliefs and to replace them with more positive ones. All it takes is a little effort and you will see substantial improvements.
This week, we focus on limiting beliefs and your self-esteem.
Next session we will get stuck into developing and practicing more positive thinking styles.
