About the Event
Many of us are plagued by limiting beliefs like "I'm not good enough", "Nobody likes me", "People think I'm stupid/crazy". These beliefs impact on our health and happiness and how we approach life.
The good news is, we ALL have the power to ditch those limiting beliefs and to replace them with more positive thinking styles. All it takes is a little effort and you will see substantial improvements.
This week, we focus on limiting beliefs and next week will get stuck into developing and practicing more positive thinking styles.
